Built-in high-strength springs and self-locking structure firmly lock tool plates under locked status even with air or power cut-off. Wide environmental adaptability: working temperature 0℃ ~ 55℃, working humidity 0% ~ 95% (non-condensing). Customized protection solutions are available for high-temperature working conditions such as die-casting and forging.

Standard working air pressure: 0.45MPa ~ 0.8MPa. Clean, dry and oil-free filtered compressed air is recommended (impurity diameter ≤25μm, water content ≤0.6mg/m?) to ensure long-term stable operation of pneumatic components.

- Tool changer: Mainly for automatic switching of robot end tools - Zero-point positioning system (QZA-50/QZA-80): For fast positioning and locking of welding jigs and production line fixtures QZA-50 features max repeat positioning accuracy ±0.005mm, spring-driven mechanical locking with no continuous air pressure needed after locking, greatly shortening mold changing and fixture setup time for machine tools.

QIAOTIAN QC42-P01 and other energy combination modules are widely used in automotive manufacturing. Driven by external cylinders, they realize automatic quick connection and disconnection of power supply, air supply and signals among trolleys, tooling fixtures and molds during model changeover. It allows position compensation of ±3.0mm on X/Y axis and ±2° angular tolerance to adapt to on-site installation errors.
